Glider Bungee Set

To operate, tether the bungee to the ground preferably with a spiral stake near the upwind boundry of the flying area. Layout the complete line directly downwind. Stretch the Bungee to a maximum of 1.5 times its own length and slip the parachute ring onto the glider towhook. Hold the nose of the model no more than 15 degrees above the horizontal and release with the wings held level. Make first flights with less tension until you get used to its characteristics. After release, the parachute will stop the line from tangling on the ground.

The set consists of;

1. Approximately 100ft. cotton covered stranded bungee.
2. Approximately 100yds. of nylon line with a breaking strain of around 40 lbs.
3. Drogue parachute fitted with glider attachment ring.
4. 30cm (12") diameter plastic storage reel fitted with rewind kit.

THE IDEAL SYSTEM FOR SINGLE HANDED LAUNCHING OF GLIDERS
Remember that less tension is needed in windy conditions.
